Feminine & Feathered

I'm absolutely loving pairing a glamorous skirt with a plain and simple sweater. I found this feathered skirt at TopShop and I instantly fell in love. By adding a pair of heels and some jewelry, this outfit can be instantly dressy. Here's how I would style this TopShop skirt if I were going out on the town, date night, or just going to dinner with the girls!
